3A 18V High-Efficiency Step-Down Regulator Module with Integrated Inductor and Power Good
The MPM3630 is a synchronous rectified, step-down module regulator with built-in power MOSFETs, inductor, and two capacitors. It offers a very compact solution to achieve a 3A continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range of 4.5V to 18V. The module features a 1.4MHz switching frequency, providing fast load transient response, and includes protection features such as over-current protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown.
