The MPM3805 is a step-down module converter with an integrated inductor and MOSFETs. It achieves 0.6A continuous output current from a 2.5V to 6V input voltage range with excellent load and line regulation. The MPM3805 is ideal for a wide range of applications including optical modules, storage, and portable instruments. It features a high 2.4MHz switching frequency, ultra-low IQ, and internal soft-start to prevent inrush current during start-up.
