The MPM3810 is a monolithic step-down switch mode converter module with built-in internal power MOSFETs and an inductor. It achieves 1.2A peak output current from a 2.5V to 6V input voltage range with excellent load and line regulation. The device uses a Constant-On-Time (COT) control scheme to provide fast transient response and ease loop stabilization. It is housed in a small QFN-12 (3mmx2.5mmx0.9mm) package and requires only four external components for an adjustable output design.
