36V, 1.5A, High-Efficiency Synchronous Step-Down LED Driver Module
The MPM6010 is a synchronous rectified, step-down, LED driver module with integrated inductor and power MOSFETs. It provides a compact solution that achieves 1.5A of continuous output current over a wide 4V to 36V input supply range with excellent load and line regulation. The module features synchronous mode operation for high efficiency and includes internal soft-start, over-current protection with valley-current detection, and thermal shutdown. It is AEC-Q100 qualified and comes in a space-saving QFN-17 package with wettable flanks, making it ideal for automotive LED lighting applications.
