This Schottky barrier rectifier is an axial-lead power diode designed for low-voltage, high-frequency inverter, freewheeling, and polarity-protection applications. It is rated for 20 V repetitive reverse voltage and 1.0 A average rectified forward current, with a typical maximum forward voltage of 0.45 V at 1.0 A. The device uses majority-carrier conduction for low stored charge and low power loss. It is built in an epoxy molded axial-lead package and is specified for operating and storage junction temperatures from -65 to +125 °C, with a peak operating junction temperature of 150 °C. Non-repetitive peak surge current is 25 A for one cycle.
