The SCA3400-D01 is a high-performance 3-axis accelerometer based on Murata's capacitive 3D-MEMS technology. It features user-selectable measurement modes of ±1.2g or ±2.4g with integrated low-pass filters. The device includes a mixed-signal ASIC with a flexible SPI digital interface and is housed in a 12-pin pre-molded plastic package designed for high stability and reliability in harsh environments.
