The SCHA63T is a single package 6-DOF component designed for industrial applications. It features high stability over temperature, excellent vibration performance, and an extensive set of self-diagnostic features. It provides centimeter-level accuracy in machine dynamics and position sensing in harsh environments, featuring a gyro bias instability down to 1°/h and cross-axis calibration for less than 0.14° orthogonality error.
