This device is an N-channel enhancement-mode power MOSFET rated for 50 V drain-source voltage and 55 A continuous drain current at 25°C. It is supplied in a TO-252-2L package and uses trench technology to achieve low on-resistance with low gate charge. Maximum on-resistance is 12.5 mΩ at 10 V gate drive and 17 mΩ at 4.5 V gate drive. The MOSFET supports pulsed drain current up to 200 A, single-pulse avalanche energy of 230 mJ, and junction temperatures from -55°C to 175°C. Typical dynamic performance includes 35.4 nC total gate charge and 1760 pF input capacitance.
