The Power Profiler Kit II (PPK2) is a standalone current measurement tool capable of measuring and supplying current from sub-uA up to 1A. It supports two modes: Ampere Meter (AMP) mode, requiring an external power supply, and Source Measure Unit (SMU) mode, where the PPK2 supplies the voltage. It features a high dynamic range analog measurement unit with resolution down to 100nA and a sampling rate of 100ksps. Additionally, it includes 8 digital inputs for logic analyzer functionality and code-synchronized measurements.
