The nRF9160 is a compact, highly integrated System-in-Package (SiP) specifically designed for low-power cellular Internet of Things (cIoT) applications. It incorporates an Arm Cortex-M33 application processor, a full LTE-M/NB-IoT modem, an RF front end, and power management. It includes 1MB Flash and 256KB RAM with integrated GPS support for location tracking and Arm TrustZone for hardware-level security.
