The IL 715E is a high-speed, four-channel unidirectional digital isolator based on NVE's patented IsoLoop spintronic Giant Magnetoresistive (GMR) technology. It provides high-speed data transmission up to 110 Mbps with best-in-class propagation delay and pulse width distortion. The device offers 2500 Vrms isolation and an unsurpassed common mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 100 kV/µs. It is CMOS/TTL compatible and supports automatic level shifting between 3.3V and 5V supply rails.
