The IL260-1E is a high-speed CMOS digital isolator utilizing NVE's patented IsoLoop spintronic Giant Magnetoresistive (GMR) technology. It features five channels in the same direction, a 110 Mbps data rate, 10 ns propagation delay, and 2.5 kVrms isolation. It is designed for high-speed logic applications where space is critical, offering a 44,000-year barrier life and 50 kV/µs transient immunity.
