The IL711-1E is a 3.3V/5V dual-channel unidirectional high-speed CMOS-compatible digital isolator. It utilizes NVE's patented IsoLoop spintronic Giant Magnetoresistive (GMR) technology to provide high speed and low power consumption. The device features a 110 Mbps data rate, 10 ns propagation delay, and 3 ns pulse width distortion, with 20 kV/μs transient immunity.
