The IL712-1 is a dual-channel bidirectional CMOS-compatible isolated buffer with 1 kVrms isolation voltage. It utilizes NVE’s patented IsoLoop spintronic Giant Magnetoresistance (GMR) technology to offer high speed and low power consumption. It features 110 Mbps data rate, 10 ns typical propagation delay, and 3 ns pulse width distortion. The device is designed for bidirectional communication such as SPI or I2C interfaces and is provided in an ultraminiature MSOP8 package.
