The IL715-3 is a 4-channel, unidirectional, high-speed CMOS-compatible digital isolator. It utilizes NVE’s patented IsoLoop spintronic Giant Magnetoresistive (GMR) technology to provide high speed, low pulse width distortion, and high transient immunity. It offers 110 Mbps data rate, 10 ns propagation delay, and 2500 Vrms isolation voltage in a narrow-body SOIC package.
