The IL717-3E is a high-speed, quad-channel digital isolator based on NVE's patented spintronic Giant Magnetoresistive (GMR) technology. It features three transmit channels and one receive channel, providing 2500 Vrms isolation in a narrow-body SOIC package. The device supports data rates up to 110 Mbps with typical propagation delays of 10 ns and excellent common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 100 kV/µs.
