
The BFS17 is a surface mount NPN transistor with a maximum collector current of 25mA and a maximum operating temperature of 150°C. It has a collector base voltage of 25V and an emitter base voltage of 2.5V. The transistor is packaged in a TO-236AB case and is available in cut tape packaging. It is RoHS compliant and suitable for use in high-frequency applications up to 1.6GHz.
