The BFY51 is a TO-39 package NPN transistor with a collector base voltage of 60V, collector emitter voltage of 30V, and emitter base voltage of 6V. It operates at frequencies up to 50MHz and can dissipate up to 800mW of power. The transistor is suitable for use in applications with operating temperatures ranging from -65°C to 150°C. However, it is not RoHS compliant.
