32-bit ColdFire RISC microcontroller featuring 128KB Flash program memory and 24KB RAM. This MCU operates at up to 50 MHz with a 32-bit data bus and RISC instruction set. It offers 54 programmable I/Os, two timers, and interfaces including Ethernet, I2C (2 channels), and SPI (2 channels). Packaged in a 64-pin LQFP (10x10x1.45mm) with 0.5mm pin pitch for surface mounting, it supports operating voltages from 2.5V to 3.6V and operates within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range. Includes 12 ADC channels.
