32-bit RISC microcontroller featuring an e200 core and 768KB of Flash program memory. This MCU offers 64KB of RAM and 121 programmable I/Os, operating at a maximum clock rate of 64 MHz. It supports CAN (6 channels), I2C (1 channel), and SPI (5 channels) interfaces. Housed in a 144-pin LQFP package with a 0.5mm pin pitch, it is designed for surface mounting and operates within a voltage range of 3.3V to 5.5V, with an extended temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. Quad ADCs with multiple channel configurations are integrated.
