
8-bit CISC microcontroller featuring an 80C51 core, operating up to 18 MHz. This device offers 2KB of Flash program memory and 256 bytes of RAM. It includes two timers, 12 programmable I/Os, and supports I2C and UART interfaces. Packaged in a 14-pin PDIP for through-hole mounting, it operates from 2.5V to 3.3V with a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V and a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Four ADC channels are integrated.
