Operating from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply, this BICMOS technology component offers a propagation delay of 5.6ns and a turn-on delay time of 1.4ns. It supports a high level output current of -32mA and a low level output current of 32mA. The device is surface mountable in a 48-pin SSOP package and is RoHS compliant.
