
Dual 1-of-4 decoder/demultiplexer IC featuring two independent 1-of-4 demultiplexing circuits. Each circuit has one select input and four inverting outputs, capable of sourcing 20mA and sinking 1mA. Operating from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply range with a typical 5V operating voltage, this BIPOLAR technology component offers a 9ns propagation delay. Designed for surface mounting in a 16-pin SOP package, it is RoHS compliant and lead-free.
