This BICMOS technology device offers 3-STATE, PUSH-PULL output types with 25 Ohm series resistors on the B port outputs. Designed for surface mount applications in a TSSOP package with gold contact plating, it provides a propagation delay of 5.1ns and a turn-on delay time of 7.3ns. The transceiver supports bidirectional data flow and is RoHS compliant.
