32-bit, 4-circuit transparent D-type latch IC featuring 3-state outputs. Operating from a 2.7V to 3.6V supply, this BICMOS technology component offers a 4.8ns propagation delay and 1.4ns turn-on delay. Designed for surface mount with a BGA package, it supports a high level output current of -12mA and a low level output current of 12mA. This non-inverting latch operates across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
