Operates from 1V to 5.5V supply voltage with a maximum supply current of 35uA. This through-hole and surface mountable component is housed in a PDIP-8 package, measuring 5mm in length, 4mm in width, and 1.5mm in height. It is halogen-free, lead-free, RoHS compliant, and supplied in a 50-piece rail/tube.
