Operates with a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V, with a typical operating voltage of 5V. Offers a propagation delay of 6.5ns and a turn-on delay time of 9.5ns. Supports high-level output current of -15mA and low-level output current of 64mA. Packaged in a 20-pin SOIC case, this lead-free and RoHS compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
