
The DM74S174N is a 6-bit D-type flip-flop IC with a positive edge trigger, operating at frequencies up to 65MHz. It can supply up to 20mA of high-level output current and 20mA of low-level output current. The device is packaged in a PDIP package and is suitable for through-hole mounting.
