Offers a 5V minimum breakdown voltage and 11V clamping voltage at 30A peak pulse current. Dissipates up to 450W peak pulse power. Packaged in a 2.6x2.6mm UDFN10 surface-mount package with 0.5mm lead pitch. RoHS and Halogen Free compliant.
