Operates from 10V to 20V supply voltage and is compatible with 3.3V and 5V logic inputs. Packaged in a 28-pin SOIC W (SOP) surface-mount package with gull-wing leads, measuring 17.9mm x 7.5mm x 2.35mm. Suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
