High-performance, extra-small DrMOS module for power management applications. Features a 55A maximum output current and 16V maximum output voltage, with an adjustable output type. Operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and includes over-temperature fault protection. Interface is PWM, with a 10ns fall time, and it supports a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage range. Packaged in a 6mm x 6mm x 1.05mm surface-mount module, supplied on a 3000-piece tape and reel.
