High-performance, high-frequency DrMOS module featuring a 60A output current capability. This surface mountable integrated circuit offers dual drivers within a compact QFN EP package, measuring 6mm x 6mm x 1.1mm. Operating with a 4.5V to 5.5V input voltage range and a 2mA supply current, it provides over-temperature fault protection and a 10ns fall time. Suitable for demanding applications, this RoHS compliant component is supplied in 3000-piece tape and reel packaging.
