10-bit bus switch with precharged outputs, this CMOS integrated circuit features 10 independent circuits, each a single-pole, single-throw (SPST) configuration. Operating from a 4V to 5.5V supply, it offers a low quiescent current of 3µA and a fast propagation delay of 0.25ns. Designed for surface mounting in a TSSOP package, it supports a low level output current of 128mA and an output current of 250µA. This RoHS compliant component operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is supplied on a 2500-piece tape and reel.
