Offers adjustable or fixed 5V output voltage with a low dropout voltage of 350mV. Operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and is housed in an 8-lead PDIP package for through-hole mounting. This RoHS compliant component includes a shutdown feature and a reference voltage of 1.25V.
