ECL 8-bit synchronous binary counter, surface mountable in a 5x5mm QFN EP package. Features asynchronous reset, unidirectional up counting, and 8 input/output lines. Operates from a 3V to 3.6V supply with a typical 3.3V operating voltage. Offers a 0.7ns propagation delay and 1ns turn-on delay. This halogen-free, lead-free component is RoHS compliant and operates within a -40°C to 70°C temperature range.
