10-output ECL/PECL/HSTL clock driver featuring a 3000 MHz maximum input frequency. This surface-mount integrated circuit operates with ECL, PECL, and HSTL input logic levels and ECL/PECL output logic levels. Housed in a 32-pin LQFP package with gull-wing leads, it measures 7x7x1.45mm with a 0.8mm pin pitch. The device supports a wide operating supply voltage range of -3.8V to 3.8V and operates from -40°C to 85°C.
