9-bit unidirectional ECL shift register for surface mount applications. Features a 0.8ns propagation delay and 0.825ns turn-on delay. Operates from a 3V to 5.5V supply voltage, with a nominal 5V operating voltage. Packaged in a 32-lead QFN EP (5x5mm, 0.5mm pitch) on a 1000-piece tape and reel. This RoHS and halogen-free component offers a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
