High-speed, single-bit D-type flip-flop for ECL logic applications. Features positive edge clock triggering and differential inputs, operating at frequencies up to 3GHz. This surface-mount IC offers a 0.38ns propagation delay and 330ps turn-on delay, with output currents of ±50mA. Encased in an 8-pin SO package, it operates within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range and supports supply voltages from -3V to 5.5V.
