Six-channel, 1-input inverting logic gate with ECL technology. Features a PDIP package for through-hole mounting, operating between 0°C and 75°C with supply voltages from -4.94V to -5.46V. Offers a propagation delay of 1.9ns and a turn-on delay time of 2.3ns, with output current capabilities of -50mA at both high and low levels. This inverting buffer gate is supplied in a 16-pin plastic DIP package.
