Dual 2-to-4 decoder/demultiplexer IC featuring inverted outputs. This CMOS logic component operates from a 2V to 6V supply voltage range and offers independent operation of two circuits. With a 2-bit input and 4 output lines per circuit, it supports a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. The surface-mount SOIC package provides a propagation delay of 175ns and a low quiescent current of 4uA.
