This logic gate integrates six independent buffer elements, each with one input and one output, operating from a 2V to 5.5V supply. Delivering 24mA of low-level output current and -24mA high-level output current, it offers a typical propagation delay of 3ns. The SOIC-14 package is halogen-free and lead-free, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
