Features six independent inverter gates with Schmitt trigger inputs, operating from a 2V to 5.5V supply voltage. Offers a maximum propagation delay of 10.6ns and a quiescent current of 2uA. This CMOS logic IC supports high-level output current of -8mA and low-level output current of 8mA, with a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. It is halogen-free, lead-free, and RoHS compliant.
