Dual buffer IC featuring two independent, 1-bit buffer elements. CMOS technology supports a wide operating supply voltage range from 1.65V to 5.5V, with a nominal 5V. Offers high-speed operation with a propagation delay of 10.6ns and turn-on delay of 4.6ns. Designed for surface mount with a compact SC package (1mm height, 2mm length, 1.25mm width) and tin/matte contact plating. Provides ±32mA high/low level output current and a low quiescent current of 1µA.
