Operates from 8V to 16V supply voltage with a maximum operating frequency range of 25 to 480 kHz. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC Narrow Body (SOP) surface-mount plastic package with gull-wing leads and a 1.27mm pin pitch. Typical rise and fall times are 40ns and 20ns respectively.
