Operates with an input voltage range of 3V to 6V and supports a maximum output current of 300mA. Packaged in a 2-output MSOP surface mount package, supplied on a 4000-piece tape and reel. Halogen and lead-free, RoHS compliant, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to 150°C.
