This voltage detector IC features a 900mV threshold voltage with 2% accuracy, designed for simple reset and power-on reset applications. It monitors a single voltage input and provides a complementary, active-low totem-pole output. Operating from 800mV to 10V supply voltage, it consumes a maximum of 1.2µA supply current. Packaged in a halogen-free, lead-free TSOP surface mount configuration, this component is RoHS compliant and suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
