The NCP301LSN25T1 is a simple reset/power-on reset IC with a threshold voltage of 2.5V and an overvoltage threshold of 2.55V. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and can supply up to 500nA of current. The device is available in a TSOP package and is not RoHS compliant.
