This surface mount voltage detector, a simple reset/power-on reset IC, monitors a single voltage with a 3V threshold and 2% accuracy. It features an active high reset output and operates from 0.8V to 10V, drawing a maximum supply current of 1.3µA. The component is housed in a compact 5-pin TSOP package measuring 3mm x 1.5mm x 1mm, suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C. It is RoHS and Halogen Free compliant.
