Surface mount voltage detector with an active low reset output. Features a 3V threshold voltage with 2% accuracy, monitoring a single voltage. Operates from 800mV to 10V supply voltage with a maximum supply current of 1.3µA. Packaged in a 5-pin TSOP with dimensions of 3mm x 1.5mm x 1mm. Suitable for applications requiring simple reset or power-on reset functionality.
