Surface mount voltage detector with complementary output, featuring a 2.7V threshold voltage and 2% accuracy. This integrated circuit operates from 0.8V to 10V supply voltage, consuming a nominal 1.1µA supply current. It provides an active-high reset signal and is packaged in a compact SC-82AB 4-lead surface mount package, supplied on a 3000-piece tape and reel. Designed for general power management applications, it offers a reset threshold range of 2.646V to 2.754V.
